Electronics Studio

The Studio was completely refurbished in 2003. It is equipped with a an up-to-date suite of computers (one per student) all with internet access and a data projector. In addition to Microsoft Office, a wide range of software is provided for graphic design, system simulation, circuit simulation and PCB design; we have licenses for some of the software to be used at home. Provision is made for the usual activities in electronics such as the design, construction and testing of electronic systems. Workbenches are provided for the construction of enclosures for electronic products. A plastic forming centre and CNC router are available in adjacent rooms. The Electronics Studio is used by students of all years.
